Buying on Auction

Is there any plans to ever replace the current bidding system, or get some tokens into the game without having to buy them? Just starting my 3rd season and get really hacked off not being able to buy for about a fortnight of each new season as every player appears to go for an obscene amount of tokens........

Understand this is where the game makes their money but, as with others I have played, surely they can find a way to do so not to the detriment of most.......

As I write this, another auction for an average player lvl 33 hits knockout round12 and is still going.

Well I never buy players at the start of the new season, wait fof a week, I ususaly buy my first player in 6th day of league its easier to buy players for about 5 up to 15 tokens........

yep as above i never try and buy player`s first couple days of new season let them waste tokens and you can pick up some cracker player`s for less

although this trouble with bidding war does not worry me now as no bidders around although there are no decent player for sale any way

I think this is a disparity between the servers/auction houses.

I have loads of players available.....but hundreds of bidders all armed to the teeth with tokens. You get the odd player sneaking through that would only cost 4-6 tokens but its a complete lottery (seen ageing, one position players going for 15 tokens!) and I can't afford to throw tokens away without a player coming back through the door.

I specifically tailor what I am after to try and avoid bidding wars on young, fast trainers etc........but like with last season - took until day 12 before it calmed down to even consider bidding.

Ruins the game for me.

4 tokens in total or 4 per player? Either way, on the server I am on, that wouldn't happen at the moment. Not calling you a liar......just different situations we are facing, I feel.

yep true but without derailing with this new market they said we should get better quality player`s, well i`v had this for near on a month and player`s on market have been worse, so when i put a v good player on it you would of course think there would be a number of bids ?? well no i gave up after 14 attempt`s trying to sell

Really strange the contrasts:

So, transposing his situation he couldn't do that in either of our situations as you wouldn't have the players on the list and, on mine, he would have to spend 4 tokens to get a bottom-of-the-ladder 31 y/o.

DMC/DMR Lvl 33 28 y/o. Sold in knockout round 5.

then he`s dam lucky, i`m getting nothing 5 star wise so the only way is getting a 4 star and power train to top end of 5 but this means using/buying greens which i refuse to do unless they are and absolute corker with S/A
