How often do scout player rotate on the transfer market ?
The reason i am asking is i got alot of tokens via logging in on my ipad and downloading app's and bought 2 scouts and have enough for a third scout player however all the decent one's seem to be gone.
The funny thing is that my scout list only change on Day 3. From that day, it will be almost exactly the same unless someone in my server buy a player off that list
