You don't put them there, the game will automatically list your players if they are 1 point from scout level, and when you click the offers section on the browser version of the game on the player screen, it will give you an option to accept or decline.
Well that just about takes the biscuit for the most hare-brained element of this game - for the past four days I've been rejecting all offers from another manager trying to buy my 5* (now 6*) goalkeeper - I don't want to sell him, and I don't see why I have to keep rejecting the advances for that player. If I want to sell him (and I would be an idiot if I did) I'll put him on the transfer market myself...
If we had a messaging system I could send the manager concerned a polite little note saying that the player concerned is not for sale at any price and he should cease and desist from making any further offers for him.

Yes, it can be annoying if you love the player... I now just don't leave them at that point in skills if I don't want to sell... OR... instead of rejecting the ludicrous offers I get, I put the price at highest and let them know that way I don't want to sell.

Now the funny thing is... I noticed that my Keeper had just gone to 6*, and other manager has stopped wanting to buy him - looks like he was after a 'bargain' with an easy train up to next level.
What I did notice is that he offered a little bit *less* every time he offered to buy player - if he really wanted him he should have offered more, surely?

Any formation or tactics advice given is based purely on experience with my teams...
once player hit`s next star then he will be taken off neg list, only players that can bid is a level above and on same server but they will have to see your squad firstNow the funny thing is... Its only any use for your 1, 2, 3 maybe 4 star players who are 1 skill point from their next star. I do sell a few fringe players this way and can get 1 or 2 tokens from it.
