    Hi...

    Can somebody explain to me...

    How someone in Level 5 can have Quality 56,3...???
    and He already built all the facilities until end ( it is like already Perfect )

    Here is details of that person :

    Name : Christian Fehr
    Country : Switzeerland
    Club Name : FC Safenwill
    Level : 5
    Quality : 56,3
