Money for free token?

Hi everybody
I'm a 2nd level manager and today I bought 21 token free simply giving my credit card number. They told that they were free, but I payed 0,74 Euro. Has this happened to somebody else? I think that's not correct and I wrote to the support, but still no answer.

I may need to be corrected on this, but i'm pretty sure Facebook takes a small amount of money from you to confirm the card is valid, then credit it back a couple of days later.
