Hi,

I was wondering how you place a player in the negotiations list. Not sure if there are any requirements.

Players are automatically placed on the transfer list if they are 1 skill point off scout level.

Well, technically, it's the best qualitywise players that are placed on negotiation list. You can see players with more than 1 points off scout level if there are not enough of those to fill the list.

also a player will only appear on negotiation list if they are not currently selected in the first 11 and meet criteria mentioned above

that I did not know, and I wonder if it accounts for why a player can be on the list and not be available to bid on. Some managers have mentioned that on here, and I haven't encountered it, and have been scratching my head over it...so maybe he gets on the list, then when he is on the field they can't bid? Hmm.

I didn't realise they couldn't be in the starting eleven either.

Basically negotiations list has changed along with the transfer market with-out any warning of up-dates, unless it`s suit`s Nordeus sneaking these through
