You have very little cover in defence! one player is not enough, you should try to have cover for every position!, you have a DC/DMC only, you need another DL,DR, DC, If you get an injury to a DL OR DR you stumped bud!. You are only using 18 players so you can get up to 4 reserves so I would go cover those positions immediatly, try to get players around 21-24 if you can, you should aim to have about 17-18 younger players and 3/4 older ones usually as cover.

If my DL or DR or DC are injury, I can put it as MC or AMC (make it attack squad)
Less DC can make it more attack or midfielder
