    How to encrese level, help!

    I cant build a medical, or something else bigger, only I can 0 level pvz: I am 2lvl, but I cant build 1 level medical. So what I need to do?

    Your medical will be locked at the moment, you need to complete all of the other upgrades untill it gets unlocked.
    x 17 x 5 x 1

    Usually it is the Stadium which needs to be completed before it unlocks the next buildings.
