To keep or not to keep

Ok so 7 days ago I got a player from the youth training program. He is 3 stars for dmr / mr. In 18 days I will receive 2 new players. I am in 2nd place in level 4 so as long as I keep winning ill be moving up. Should I sign him or wait for the next round?

I always sign them and then sell them.You make quite a bit of money as managers want 18 year old players and will usually pay over the odds for them.

Good luck trying to sell him this season if you are on a server with the new transfer rules.
