Considering joining : Can you develop young players

You build your facilities and there is a facility for producing youth. One will be free to sign, and a ok quality, the other will cost Tokens. (up to 24). You can also buy young players on the Transfer Market, sometimes for less Tokens than the generated youth. Then you can power train them (using green packs to booster their condition, and red boosters to heal them if they break) Or you can train them using up the condition they gain, takes longer but it way cheaper in terms of boosters. You can assign the skill points gained for either Defense, Attack or Physical/Mental skills, for new Roles (they can have up to three positions) and also there is Special Abilities which are particular situational skills.
