The last few Seasons I made a point of buying my "homegrown" talent, and I have been quite happy.

Here's a couple of my youths:

I think he was 18T, and low 4 star when I got him

24T and worth every precious golden coin:

If there are no offers/videos for Tokens in your area, it can be cheaper to buy from the Transfer Market, but if there are bidding wars it might be easier to acquire your youth, you could consider saving up for a good youth when he gets disgorged from you facility.

And what would the estimated training cost be in tokens, in order to get them up to speed??? Another 24 to 40??
