2. value and age indicate his trainning speed
3. at Q39. it should be 8M

2. Agree! Yet we don't have the fastest learner in our team.. but the fast one.. Im pretty sure he is: At Q29 (5* to my team level) on Hard mode training he used to gains ~40/70/100+ %. Now as he reach 8* and getting very slow I decide that his training is finished for the season. It's time to party )))
