    Confidence in your own players???

    Does it seem that the league opposition have more respect for your own players abilities than you do ?
    What are the telltale signs

    I have full confidence in mine. Especially on my Captain and club legend Niloo Crofts!!! Even on Zelenka and my defence, Khaled, Godden, Bahrini and Nunez.... Even Belle Beke and Bolland have done great job. Not to forget Mo

    After beating the the leader 4:0 and being 1st myself and then beating the 3rd 4:0 as well I am very confident. My 5 main contributors in the team are playing excellent. 8 or 9 rating all the time. We even got a 2:2 against a much stronger opponent in CL.

    I never have full confidence in my own players !!!!!!!! as for opponents ???? I think they respect my quality , but I dont seem to get many players in the league hall of fame ( for want of a better phrase) such as high scorer, best passer etc !!!!! although this year I have got top scorer !! so maybe that helps !!!

    There's only a couple of players I have confidence in, if any other player gets through on goal I prepare for the worst :P

    The way the engine has been working recently I have to take the utmost care and respect teams that are even 3 stars below me, you never know just what results the game will throw at you sometimes

    Mine Grigory Bhyckov is first in all three in the league for 2 season consecutively - Goal scored , Most assist and Top Rated......

    Single handedly he has made my team to the final of CUP this year...And has not got injured even once in 2 seasons...

    Every manager has respect for other Lg managers as with all the troll results out there you cant afford to be complacent, I show ever team I play with up most respest and I look at there formation, quality of players to think where there or my teams weakness are!, it also helps me decide which players of mine to rest aswell.
