so today my arena is ready !!!!!!!!!!!!

nice I decided to change the name !!! really 5 tokens ??????????????????????? ok I had 8 and it's close to end of season so went for it !! My name was pretty bad not changed since day 1 lol (New York stadium) but now its an arena decided its time for a change went for The Apple Arena !! as i play on an apple mac, and well yes, new york is the big apple so had a nice ring to it .

what do you call yours and why ???? and if you could change the name for free !!!!! what would you call it ??????

yes I had a poor name and new yankee stadium / liberty stadium etc etc all would have been better but at the time I must have had a brain freeze lol

I prefer to use the word stadium which comes from ancient "stadion", instead of arena which comes: ... from wikipedia:....."The word derives from Latin harena, a particularly fine/smooth sand used to absorb blood in ancient arenas like the Colosseum in Rome......."

when me and my friends first started playing this game they took the piss because i called my stadium Kierkegaard Arena as i admire his work and it sounded catchy. At the time it looked more like a field and a crap field at that Most of my friends have now done the same as you and renamed their grounds whereas mine is now more appropriate than at the beginning and i don't need to change it.

My stadium is called Anfield, for obvious reasons.

Shame that we can't choose a 'shape' for our stadium, as Anfield is rectangular, not an oval like the 'World Arena'.

That's been one of my groans for some time. There isn't a decent football stadium in Europe with a running track around it so why on a football management game do all the big stadiums have a track??? And you should be able to customise the shape more something you could do as far back as the Commodore Amiga days
