That way, they will have the complete picture, because from what you've told us, the problem lies with the communication between Nordeus and Facebook, as Facebook have told you they received and processed the payment.
I did that allready....problem is incompetence of support teams. They really have no clue where to look what to check. I do not buy tokens was my first time and did it because i wanted a player and i was running out of free tokens. Unrelated biggest incompetence was shown by support of my bank that understood basically that i'm reporting a fraud and cancelled my credit card and issued another. Was in a hypermarket buying groceries and my card gets rejected. So many headaches for a dumb game
