Fast Learner and Slow learner?

in the market to see a fast trainer of 18-22 age, you can compare the wage and the value of the player. My criteria is select players that have Value = X more times the wage.
Because the wage is the same for 3 seasons but the Value is increased when the player win Skill points, that's why the difference is higher, and too, the High Value = Good thing to buy. I did well with Nostbakken and Makaay paying more than 50 millions here in level 12 LOL
