Fast Learner and Slow learner?

What is the criteria of fast learner player? and how to know if the player is fast learner or not on transfer window?

of course the younger the better but it comes down how much they cost the more expensive the quicker they train :)

Yeah, age, the amount of persitions he can play plus look for the HOT PROSPECTS in the auction as these are mostly fast trainers and of course the price in MONEY not tokens on of the value.

Also a fast trainer does not always mean a PLAYER of good rating.

Would you choose a young 4* or 5* at the same value?

so the key is age and value. thanks guy. hurm.. if i pick a player with 4*, same value with youngster 5*.. can he catch up the 5* quality?

yes but depending on rating too for example rating goes up in 15 skill point`s so 75 skills equals next star and they go in 5 so player on 30 rated needs 75 skill point`s for rating 35 and next star where as player on 33 rated needs 30 skill point`s

Spornybol is talking about, is what I term the players quality league skills.
What I mean by rating is the players match by match rating, or contribution to the match. A 6 vs a 7 vs a 8. Costly players do not always give you a regular 7 nor 8. The ones that do are the ones you want to keep and look for

Correct, fast learners doesn't allways mean good performers even Quality doesn't guarrantie it. Usually i am starting to regular use in my basic squad a youngster after having him around 2 seasons.

in the market to see a fast trainer of 18-22 age, you can compare the wage and the value of the player. My criteria is select players that have Value = X more times the wage.
Because the wage is the same for 3 seasons but the Value is increased when the player win Skill points, that's why the difference is higher, and too, the High Value = Good thing to buy. I did well with Nostbakken and Makaay paying more than 50 millions here in level 12 LOL

after level 18 you wont know wich player is a fast trainer cuz all values for 18 youngsters are 105 mil .
