This cup will be held on 4th March 2014.

I will start a new topic for the fixtures and results in the off-topic discussion. I will choose 64 clubs to participate this cup.

Rules:
The cup starts with 64 clubs will be played in a Qualifying Stage. Each clubs will played together with 2-legged match except the final stage. When the club lost the match on aggregate, they will be knocked out. The next stage is Playoffs stage. After the playoffs stage finished, 16 clubs will be entered the knockout stage. Knockout stages are top 16, quarter-final, semi-final and final.

Maybe creating a new team and building the team for 3 seasons while tanking all league matches, or separate in level groups...

maybe different sections? manager L1-3 / L4-6 / .... and so on? Or based on avg quality? Group 1 up to 20, group 2 up to 30 or so. I actually dont have any realy numbers, but you get my point i hope
