    It should be obvious really, I don't see any managers in real football with 2 teams?

    Could be mistaken there but it is just plain common sense really.

    That is OWNERS not Managers, the only time under FIFA rules that allow a Manager to have control of 2 teams, is if one of them is a National Team.
