That's why it asks if you are sure. There is no going back as far as I know.

They Top Eleven must instruct it before launching it :)) Now I can not manage my old team with 8 players 6 star * :(( Help me pls :((

Only can have a new team lower that you have now.
Think that if everyone like the same, admins need more of 24h to work, and maybe other have now your team, because he too fire his team and search your team that was free.

After 28 days you will be able to select from the list of teams seeking new managers. The list changes as people take over Teams and others are released from their old Manager.
