I only received a 21 T one on day 2, but i didnt signed him, because is market value was to low for His quality.
Only 16M, to be a fast trainer it should be around 21/22M

They disappear.
When you get your youth players, you get mail with his name, and his name is a link. You click on it and it takes you to the player's profile.
If you decide not to sign him, release him right away.
Go back to the mail and try clicking on his name now. The game won't be able to find the player and his profile is gone.

I have to change my timer on youthacademy. I get my players in 16 days. So pretty late in the season and no time to train them well I guess, till they drop a star.
Did you buy them? How are they doing?Ok, so what about this ones?
Eventually you'll get players in a better time, specially when you upgrade the academy to have them released every 12 days.
Good question, but I've never seen any player I sold on the market either. And since they don't let you see the markets where your players are auctioned, I can't tell.
Yes, I've never seen too, maybe they just retire early, and going back to school ?
