illegal formation vs illegal formation means equal footing...until now apparently. you would think that when they make changes to the game, they might announce these things. there was no degree of illegal before, so x2 or x3 or x1 means nothing....apparently.

BigB, you might want to add this question to the list of questions for ask the devs....if you are reading this of course.
