I had intended changing five at the end of the season as that was in the forward planning, the severe lack of quality this season available probably means no early changes for me. My lowest is 4*38 so you can see the problem, all other 4* will break 40 within days of the new season starting with a push.
If the majority on day one are 3* again, I'll only be buying scouts when and if they become available.
I will allow you to keep and use my letter though.
