You're playing attacking and pressing the own half without counter attacks, what are you doing after midline? Tiki-Taka? Moral isn't pretty in your squad. As already mentioned, less is more regarding your arrows, only keep red on ML/R and perhaps DMC. Don't be irritated about Average Quality, which depends on whole squad, whatabout Quality of Players on the Pitch? Also Formations should be checked, cause there are some who will knock you out.

The Morale thing was after the match.. So it dropped because of a bad result.. At the start of every match I got my Morale at the best green, close to the max.

Which formations will kick me out? And what is the reason to give my DMC a red arrow?

The season's almost over so just do what you can and try to get better players next season. The lowest I would accept in my squad is 4*. You should put a blue arrow on Ozkok.

Your right. His match scores are aweful.. But his quality is nice. So will his form allways be this bad? And should I just Sell Him again? Or can it get better?
