Can a manager continue to bid on a player when the Offer Price becomes more than the manager’s budget?

For example:

If I only have 1M in my budget and the player, I am bidding on, eventually exceeds that amount of 1M... to say 1.1M… can I keep bidding on him? Or do I have to secure more funds before I am allowed to keep bidding and eventually buy that player?

yes hun you can and then you get ( i think) about 7 days to get the money back in the black or they will take your best player off you !! so be carefull

you can go over budget but you will have 7 days to get back in to black or Nordeus will sell player for you

And they start to sell from your highest market value player to your lowest.

Yes, if you have just enough to start bidding, you can continue as long as you have Tokens, but be a dollar short and you can't start bidding. No, it's never made sense to me either..
