What do people mean by this? Is my bench the scout team?
In top11, a scout player has a rating of 6 stars. You can buy them from the scout list for 50 tokens plus cash or train them from 5 stars
named after your scout looking for them all over the place
if I buy a scout player, can he play for me immediately? On the regular team?

Scouted players are great! but can be addictive to buy each year....
