If you have bid and it's green you will get him when the server and your machine resolved the timing, could take awhile though.

Was it green? That's weird, and a bummer, but I suppose possible. I have had the clock thing happen a few times and if it stays green I have eventually got the guy.

Now if the clock is weird I sync it before bidding.

Yeah, it happened once. I put my bid with some minutes to go, clock stopped. hung on the green but minutes later it was red and now I could see a guy who made 2 bids and won.
