Something bizzare or a bug!

Hi guys, just noticed that from my league match a couple of days ago I played a level 21 player?!, how did that happen lol, surely it must be a bug looking at his quality?Attachment 22286

Its not a bug...The manager has used the new update feature of TAKING OVER ANOTHER TEAM...

When he had taken over another CLUB his level would have been 21, that's why 21 is being displayed...:)...

So are you saying he was already at level 21 when he changed his team or the team he took over was at level 21?, I assume it must be the first one!.
