Training Speed Reduced in the Same Season?

Yes it appears a fast training 5* player is now training at 30/60/90 on average, when it should be around 40/80/120. Getting really annoying...

I think 30/60/90 is best case...tht's being very generous...lol... I quit assigning cones since...I've accumulated 100+ cones for my new academy recruit and have used 50 to do up an SA, wont be assigning the remaining cones until I reached 150

Yes it's getting annoying, I think Nordeus really nerved the training speed of fast learner.
