im level 20 with level 21 teams around me....

I am a level 20 team but i seem to have 5-6 level 21 teams in my table.
In the last few weeks theses teams seem to be buying new players, to me they look like scout players
but thinking about it there level 21 transfer top end player --this games a joke i only have acess to a level 20 transfer market why they have acess to a level 21 transfer market---- SEEM FAIR ?

and guess what three of the level 21 teams are 1,2,3 in the table and im 4th

This one guy just brought a new player and omg he must have been top end of the level 21 transfer cap (a scout to me)
maybe 1-2 points of next gold star -- he is now a world class player to me.

There would have not been enough teams in the level 21 hence your team has been put in the 21 level in order to make the league complete...

This has happened with your team because you team is good enough to face the challenge form level 21 teams...And as you move up in level or you are on the top of your server things like this will happen......
