Is It Possible to Gain 1 Quality Star or 45 SP?

Assuming that your player just turn to the next quality level or star on Day 1; eg Quality 50.
Is it possible to gain 1 more star within the same season by aquiring 45 SP?

So for a sesaon of 28 days, he has to gain an avg of 1.6 SP per day.

Any thoughts?

Only most talented young players with fast training can turn this type of rate to gain a star, most other players struggle to keep up based only on natural growth.

Is not so hard, even without power training you can do that but is possible only for very young players who are growing much faster then the rest.

Well I am pleased to announce that I DID it.

1) 19 yo DC start: Quality 60; end: Quality 65
2) 19 yo DC/DMC start: Quality 61; end: Quality 66
3) 18 yo MC start: Quality 63; end: Quality: 67 (almost there)
4) 20 yo ST start: Quality 59; end: Quality: 64

For my 19 yo DC/DMC I got him last sesaon as 18 yo and even added SA for Aerial Def

I just wanted to check if any others did it which I believe there must be many. I suppose I worded the title wrongly.

Hmmm well I've certainly never done it. Replace my whole squad every season lol.
