NewchesterUnited's biggest match of the season to date headlines Tuesday's action. NU won the first leg of its Cup semifinal Sunday afternoon by beating NEANOAH FC, 2-1, in Los Angeles. The second leg will be in Greece Tuesday morning. In the other semifinal, BARCELONA edged kikhi kokho FC, 1-0, at home.
NU drew at CHELSHEA, 1-1, in the first leg of its Champions League semifinal Sunday night. The Black-and-White will host the second leg Wednesday. CSSEDANCFA handled Jonathan FC, 4-1, at home in the other semifinal.
NU blanked visiting Othmane FC, 4-0, in League action Monday. After 70 scoreless minutes, NU scored four times in a 15-minute stretch to seize control. Jhony Caballero, Daniel Tapia, Jordan Gibson and Kyle Meola each scored in the victory, which assured NU of a top-two League finish. NU leads inferior fc by six points with five matches left. NU visits last-place Ulva FC Tuesday afternoon before hosting eighth-place Cheesy AC Tuesday night.
Friday night will be Steve Freeman Night. The veteran center midfielder announced his retirement, effective after the season. While a few players were sacked early in Season 1, Freeman will be the first player to retire wearing the Black-and-White. Freeman, 33, has scored one goal in 17 career appearances. He is scheduled to start in NU's final League match of the campaign against visiting kawinix fc. Freeman is also expected to play in other matches this week before ending his career.
League Round 21: TeamSystem COBRA 0-5 July Fourth
Papaleo (3 PEN,12 PEN) Shepherd (46) Benayoun (57) Allen (61) MOTM: Papaleo.
July Fourth lead this one from beginning to the end, Papaleo was always active and threatening to break through and score on numerous occasions but as it turned out Papaleo was brought down (or did he dive?) 3 times in which 2 were penalties in which Papaleo scored, Things we comfortable and we were never under any threat and Shepherd made it 3-0 just after HT, Then a Benayoun free-kick and a Allen run through on goal and toe poke for 5-0.
Champions League Semi-Final 1st Leg: Jon Utd 0-6 July Fourth
Papaleo (2,16) Benayoun (24,32,45 Hat-trick) Petersen (73) MOTM: Papaleo.
Just like the league match earlier in the day, Papaleo scored 2 early goals to give us control in this one, Shortly followed by Benayoun scoring 2 free-kicks and heading in a Petersen corner for his hat-trick for a 5-0 lead at HT, July Fourth done the hard work in 45 minutes play and now can relax for the remainder of the semi-finals. Petersen did add to our score with a good strike on 73 minutes. This match overall has to go down as our best performance thus far this season. Jon Utd are a team that have done well against us on some occasions so it was good result to win this one by a large margin.
We are now 2 matches away from another possible treble. Both finals pretty much certain to reach holding substantial margins and the league is all but mathematically won.
Champions League Semi-Final, 1st game.
It was an anxiety -charged atmosphere in the tunnel before the first semifinal out of two. But you could still see some glow in the eyes of our players. Zlatan 's speech to the group in the locker room before this crucial match had provided inspiration to the rest of the team. But it could not have started worse. After only 6 minutes, Courtois had to give up a goal, and 1-0 for the home team was a fact. It was a matter of momentum. Would we let them score another goal, and thus give up the game before it had even started? or should we bite the bullet and see what we could do? The answer was to my relief the 2nd one. Because in the 13th minute Paul Pogba with a cannon straight up in the top corner, obviously assisted by Hazard, who else? This was the beginning of a ketchup effect and we had time for both 1-2 and 1-3 by Cristiano Ronaldo, before the half time break, another assistant of Hazard by the way. Three goals scored away from home so far was a dream result to take home with us for the return match . In the second half , we were a little hesitant , we let Italo FC get back into the game again , and in the 85e minute 2-3 was a fact. Hopefully just a formality. We are strong at home, and we stand with one leg in a Champions League final. No one will be allowed to stop us now, not even SANTA !

and our news?
We won 6-2 in the simifinals of the Champions league.
We need...mmmmhh... 8 points to win the league.
And we had a 1-1 at home in the 1st leg of the Cup semifinal.
This season will be at least at the same level as the last, when we won the CL, 2nd place in League, and semis' of Cup.
I want, my 7th Consecutive Champions League. In spanish called "La Séptima" ...(Madrid won "La Décima" but Nordeus developers don't know yet... shht...)
This weekend will be retired with 32 years, Rio Ferdinand, Jaques Songo'o and Jan Vennegoor of Hesselink
Sad notice,
Next season will be retired Roberto Carlos with 34 age, and maybe Ryan Giggs and Cafú both with 32.
I think that Roberto Carlos played all the finals of Champions League that we won (6).

Cup: Celtic Rangers crashed out of the Cup losing the 2nd leg of their semi-final 3-0 at home. CR showed the same aggression that allowed them to snatch a 1-1 away draw in the first leg against fancied opposition. However, that was to prove their undoing in a crazy 15 minute spell which saw free-kicks conceded on the edge of the box. The result was 2 bookings for midfielder Thomas Ben Hatira and 3 goals from set-pieces for the visitors. In the second half, although 1 man and 3 goals down, CR pushed valiantly. The chances came, the chances went and the clocked ticked. 3-0 it stayed but the resounding cheer at full-time gave due recognition of the efforts of the home side throughout a hard campaign. 2 games against a 3xScout side just proved 1 game too many.
After the match Midas McGonnigal said "I can't thank my players enough for their efforts. We were beaten but we're not down. We will stick to what we do best - the changes we will make next season will be to replace those youngsters that didn't break though & are out of contract and those old stalwarts that seek the refuge of the rest home. The core will remain - now excuse me, I have a league game to prepare for."
SBARATA FC
We lost yesterday against 1st by 2:0 at home, nothing to say, he have a better team and this is not our season.
My DC Jordanic got injured, so another bad luck.
Today we play against 6th, so we are not expecting nothing special, a lost Will put us mathematicly out of promotion, since we are already 12pts behind 7th and worst GD.
ACADEMICO D FC
Since we played 50 games last season ending in 2nd in LEAGUE and 3rd in both CUP and CL. We decided to take vacations so we keep playing our subs in LEAGUE, and we keep having good results, we may ending in promotion zone.
A a Z FC
In a very competitive LEAGUE, nobody still knows His final position, we are current in 7th, but it Will be a tought fight to end the season in a promotion spot.
D FC
This has been a quiet season, we have been all season in top 7, sometimes in top 4. The winner is almost found, 2nd seems the same thing, but about the rest all teams very tight, any result can make a huge diference.
We have now all the players 1SP of the 4th star, the exception is one of my DC that have reached the 4th star, because i give 1 more SP that shouldnt be given and my this season youngster that arrived as a 4* player.
More that 1000SP saved, the champion is my GK with 128SP saved.
Won the leaque with 4 games to spare. Veteran club captain Amine Gmamdia finally gets to lift the trophy after several barren seasons!
If I counted correctly, league title should be secured if we win tonight?
Bad Boys FC is 12 points behind with five games left in the league. If we win, and if Bad Boys FC wins, it's still 12 points difference. Mathematics is not my forte. But 3x4 = 12. So Bad Boys FC will still be 12 points behind us, if we manage to lose the last 4 games, IF we win tonight. But we have won both games against the Bad Boys FC, and that we have a crushing goal difference. Correct me if I'm wrong. But a win tonight means that For My Stephanie has secured the league title with 4 rounds left?
Be kind and correct me if i am wrong

League Round 22: July Fourth 2-0 Supap FC
Papaleo (4 PEN,82) MOTM: Papaleo. July Fourth League Champions
Papaleo scored an early penalty and the game was very much even after that with Supap getting chances to score but our quality was just too much for them, We sealed the last win needed to win the league after a Petersen corner found Papaleo's head for a 2-0 win. July Fourth now are officially confirmed the league champions but let's be honest we were never under any pressure this season at all.
Cup Semi-Final 2nd Leg: July Fourth 4-0 Pungpond (Agg 9-0)
Papaleo (6,61,75 Hat-trick,90) MOTM: Papaleo.
Papaleo scored early on to give July Fourth the advantage once again and cleaned up in the 2nd half by scoring a further 3 more goals completing a hat-trick in the process, This means that Papaleo scored all 6 of our goals today and now has effectively ended the race for the clubs top scorer for the season by pulling 7 goals clear of Benayoun. Another goal will give Papaleo 40 for the season and also scored 370 in his career so far and looks likely to set a new all-time club record and over 400 is a possibility before decline/retirement.
SBARATA FC
Well i have to laught, another defeat, this time away against 6th by 2:0.
In the 2nd half of the LEAGUE i dindt manage any win, 6 defeats and 3 draws, this must be a New record! Having a 5*first team and using a legal formation, full condition, not full moral, since i give up waisting blue boosters.
Well... That's a thing we call 'troll mourinho' in the forum, July Fourth also has the 26-0-0 curse too. Some clubs got multiple 26-0-0 records in their history where we always tend to get a bad result at some stage during a league season.
Every season I estimate on average a team receives 2 'troll' results a season.
Sorry to hear that :( But it is weird that you haven't manage to win any game in the 2nd part of the league season. Are the other teams in your league better by quality maybe? Only explanation i can come up with is that they counter your formation, or that you dont participate during the games?
My Best season so far was 24-1-1 and the draw was against a team of 2* players, the 2MCs saw red card in first half, and almost at the end another player got injured, so i ended playing against 8 players and i only manage a 1:1 draw.
If you are in 1st place unbeaten, be prepare a troll result is always around the corner.
Yea I couldn't believe my eyes when i looked at the game. You know, my opponent didnt participate, so it gave me even more ball possession. I simply don't understand the outcome of that game at all. It would have been nice with a 26-0-0, since i will never more get the chanse of doing that. I am very dominant in my league this season, but that will change til the next season.
If you keep your team like it is now each and every season you should get plenty more opportunities at a perfect league season, especially you are still only Level 2, Lower levels tend to have a lot of inactive and semi-active teams which are no where near as good as your team, the only time you may have problems is if you end up having to face a full scout team... They are usually mid 6* to low 7* players and have special abilities too and they have a bit more quality than your squad. Let me give you a decent bit of advice... It's usually always worth spending 50T at the beginning of a season on a scout that has a quality ends in 4/9 and is 22 years of age... They can last upto 4 seasons in your team and maybe longer with a little help from some power training.
I haven't bought any 50T player. Only very young players who train fast at transfer market. All are scouts btw 30-32 quality except 2 players. And if you check the 2nd picture you'll see that they all are very young. Is this enough for the 3rd season without buy one single player u think?

i posted wrong pictures first, but its updated now
There isent any logical explanation, from time to time, your team Will face this colective drops in form, where you cant win.
In friendlies everything is normaly yesterday and today i played against 2 friends 2 levels below, the minimal win was 8:1 all the others were higher.
League: Buffs FC troll a draw at home in the league. Having picked up 2 bookings and lost Dave Mackay in 17 mins to an ACL tear Buffs go 2 behind in a 10 min period from the 66th min then reply in the last 10 mins with 1 on 80 and another with the last kick of the ball in 90 mins.
Buffs Mad said "Hoodathunkit!"
Well the treble is still on! Tottenham FC 2nd team won 3-1 in the league goals from Klinsmann, Carrick & Hoddle kep us 10 points clear with four to play!, one more win and the league is ours for the 9th time in a row!.
Our first team had to come from behind in the second leg of the semi final of the cup, after a 0-0 home leg tensions where high and we started off brightly!, missed opputunities where made to pay as in the latter stages of the first half Red Arrow FC took the lead playing my dreaded 4-4-2 formation!, fearing the worst I switched from 3w-1-4-2 to 3-4-3 and although we where being over run we managed to equalise and survive a late on slaught, we managed to sneak into the final on away goals:).
This is un charted territory for us having never got nowhere near a final in the competition before!, well done lads, lets see if we can clean up this year!.
League: No Cup hangover for Celtic Rangers, as a 5-1 home win opens up a 6 point gap at the top. Captain Alan Higgins notches 1 goal and 2 assists in a match that, following the 83rd league goal, leaves the CR fans asking "Is 100 possible this season?".
League Champions
With 4 games left of the league season it's already decided that For My Stephanie brings home the 2nd league title in 2 seasons.
A nice 5-1 victory secured this trophy.

One more victory and we are official champions on our alt!<3

Why invite active players at same level to be you friends in the game?
Because they Will be in your LEAGUE Making it more competitive and interesting to play and some rivalry can start.
I am playing in the same LEAGUE with this guy for 4 seasons, and i already know he likes to play friendlies before the match to test His tactic.
Yesterday i saw i would play him, so i se ta ilegal formation with no STs, just to piss him, as usually he set 2 friendlies today, and If course he won them.
A few minutes before the match, i log in to change my formation and see the formation he was using, to my surprise he also changed His formation to a ilegal one.
Since i couldnt see the match i just set mine and log off, whend i came back after the game i saw he watched the game, so i know he changed hus formation after the start of the game, but because he started with a ilegal formation i score 2 goals in the first minutes, at the end i won by 4:3.
Active manager leagues are defenitly more fun.
Look at this table, suspense until the end

Breaking News - July Fourth Hit 8* Average Team Quality
http://i58.tinypic.com/2zobrwk.png
This is the 2nd occasion that we have brought our squad to an 8* average for the whole squad of 22 players, the only other time this occured was back in S24/L24, This time we were able to get a better squad average because of 2 server holds in the last 3 seasons.
Well, I did not loggin into the game during all the day, now I went to to see the situation and as I expected, defeat in Cup, against a Level 16 team, that played with 5 players of 7* (we have level14, remember) and at the end we scored 2 goals, but he scored 5... 5-2 logical, but I'm proud of my players because is not the 1st time that we are in semifinals, having -2 or -3 levels than all the other teams that are in the round of 1/8. (^-^) yuju!... these teams are just "normal" teams in their leagues with... 5* players....
That's the Cup.
In league we won 0-1, against the same team we faced in QF of the CL, and we won 3-0 with the better team, and lost 1-3 with full of substitutes.
In this case I did not attend but Zé Roberto scored in the 86'.
3 points for us and the 2nd had a draw, so we need 3 points to win our 9th league tomorrow! :D
Too we have to play in the morning the 2nd leg of CL, but we won 6-2 so.... I think we are in the final, I really think that we can win our 4th double.
I have all my mind, all my energy as a manager, working in our 8th final of the champions League, that can give us the 7th Champions Leaague consecutive per level, and of our history.
Will be a good gift for players that will be retired this season, like Jan vennegoor of Hesselink, Rio Ferdinand, of our GK, Songo'o. :)
Bayespresso, what else?
(^-^)'
Cup we drew 1-1 away agg 3-2 ,we are through to the final ,treble is so close now .
Today in tanking...
since i have a friend in my league, I'm helping him out by actually playing hard against his other title contenders. I just beat one 5-1 for my first league win. my -129 goal differential still has me firmly in last place!
...and I'm in the Cup final.
League: Buffs FC narrowly win 1-0 against 'Tanks for the memories' FC. With 3 games left against 3 more of the bottom 5 clubs we are hopeful of maybe, perhaps, with a favourable wind, winning 1 of them.
League: Celtic Rangers win 6-0 away. Captain Alan Higgins scores 1, gives 2 assists, rates a 9 and picks up MoM - Gaston Lucero fires in a hat-trick to take CR's tally for the season to 144 goals, 89 in the league.
And its a triple post spam. :D
CL: Buffs narrowly negotiate the Semi-final with a 5-0 win. Dalglish injured again within the first 5 mins - 2 days out with an ankle strain, he needs to 'man up'. Hansen scores 2 and Bremner bags 1 with 2 assists. No idea if the team was abandoned or formation was a mistake but the DMC and 2nd Striker were in the others role.
First of all, how to create a new thread ?
