    Debuts

I prefer to give my new players a couple of sub appearances/friendlies to adjust, but it occurred to me this may be pointless.

Is there any evidence to support straight-in-the-team vs adjustment period?

From personal experience - putting them straight in the team seems to work well - don't really know if this is just for very good players, or if it would be even better the way you tend to do, or if it makes no difference.

Don't bother breaking them in gradually just through them straight in!, I just played a full 11 new players in the cup!.
