Ok you want to know what that means!.
It means those clubs have no manager and you have the option to change your team for one of those, if you do change you CAN NOT GO BACK, you are stuck with that team for at least one season I think. You keep your money, and tokens and booster packs but that is it, so make sure you understand thatif you do change you can not get back your old team.

do you mean to put your team on the list so someone else takes over your team?

If you want to, you either take over a different Team on that list, then yours goes to a list for other Managers..
Or, do not log in for 70 days and your Team automatically goes there.

You just can't give your team to another manager
The only way is to take over another team, but be warned , its definitive

If you want to keep playing but give up on your team, just choose a likely one in the seeking new manager list, and yours will be put on a list for other managers on your server.
