Why the TRAINING speed is so much variable...

Some time I train my player at HARD INTENSITY he looses 10% condition to gain 101 skill progress and the other time I train the same player he gains much less skill progress while loosing more condition...

Why there is no fixed ratio between the condition loose and skill progress...

Why this ??? What are the FACTORS which determine whether a player will gain more or less skill progress....

Or it is completely RANDOM like the other things in the game...

Here are some stats...

10% condition loose ----> 101 Skill Progress...It was Cardio...
20% condition loose ----> 130 Skill Progress...It was Match Practice...
06% condition loose ----> 050 Skill Progress...It was Stretching...
14% condition loose ----> 109 Skill Progress...It was Cardio...

Completely ramdom bro..U are still lucky that U don't have any injury player during training...I have many oledi..just warm up also out for 5 days...

Here is a good question, i think that cardio is the training that have more variations.
Match practice the ganis can be more variable but the condition lost is more constante.

Yesterday I trained the same player with match practice and he got 155+ skill progress...Today he only got 130...:rolleyes:...

I think it may related to the player condition and morale,

My 20 years old GK gets like 100+ skill progress each game and my 19 years old striker get like 45 Skill progress each game.
That's so annoying!

They won't tell you anything. At all.
