    Angry i cant buy a player from my friend why ?!!

    hey guys
    i cant buy a players from my friends
    am at level 10 and my friend level 12
    i know that i cant buy a player over 5 stars
    so am trying to buy one who have 4 stars or 5 maximum but i cant find the button ( make offer )
    anyone can help me please ?

    You friend is on a different server......Peoples on different servers can't negotiate and watch each other matches......

    The best way to be on the same server as friends is to get one of them to refer you to the game. But no there is no way of changing servers. You would have to start again.
