Hi there,

why is it when i go to the " Negotiation " tab, some players i can make an offer for, and yet some others i cant?? There were 2 players i looked at, both the same stars and level and yet i could only make an offer on one of them???

Whats up with that?

Were the players on the same team? A manager who is not high enough for negotiations cant have offers for his player

Agree to some extent, but I guess if they are level 3 but with very good players for their level, you might want to try and sign some of them right at the start of the next season.
