    Yes, why don't we implement banning players for 10 matches or a season too!?! Because that can happen in real life!

    Well what are you wanting? Some football managing game that has no relation to the game in real life? Where would there be any fun in that?

    What's the problem?

    I think Nordeus is trying to tell you that you have a player sent off. Yellow is a caution, two yellows in the same match is a red. So the picture you posted is telling you that Eliasson is out of the game and probably the next 2 matches as well.
