For 18 Season I've been unlucky in CUP tournament !!!

Hi everybody!

I'm in my 18th season in Top Eleven, althought it is goin good : got 16 league titles, 3 champions, but in the CUP tournament i never did well. I just don't get it, i motivate them, used all kind of formations, all the times i have 5level star players (i mean in the start of the season).
I get it in CUP matches i have to do with much upper level teams.

Anybody got an idea, how to succes there, wich tactics and formations to use.
I'll upload a photo how my team looks now at the end of the season.
Anybody suggest me, what kind/position players to transfer next season, which formation to use, tactics, etc.

Leave all blue arrows. And give only red on 2 MC.
Now if you want, leave 1 ST and give a change on DMC.
For example play with tactic 4-1-2-1-2.
