my 5% rest time has changed ?

as said with title was due 5% at 20.06 then 23,06 now it`s 21,25 ?? so guessing 00,25 for next ?? but still fine as player`s will be fully fit before new season update but what will bug me is if lose 15% fitness again when they are 100% before update

It will change sometimes if they are doing major server maintenance and stuff like that. Although i have never seen that much of a change
