    Back when I was level 3 I had a team slightly stronger team than the one you were bidding against and burnt 27 tokens bidding against a token buyer (I didn't buy any that season) for a one-on-one scorer striker. In retrospect it was my dumbest mistake ever playing this game but their seems to be that point in bidding where some managers decide their all-in even if they run out of tokens. Just yesterday, I had a level 7 and level 8 non-token buyer go 17 and 19 rounds respectively, against me in a bidding war, while I was bidding with 6 scouts in my starting lineup.

    you did... you must be a bot too then... bid bots do not exist. we all get burnt in auctions. just take it on the chin. as my 4 year old daughter says 'build a bridge and get over it'
