If you got them on day 1 thats normal, because they lose a star and grow up a year, like all the other players.

Thanks, at least that sorta backs up what I suggested yesterday below. That'll teach me to time my academy output for Day 1.....why did nobody stop me? >.<

As far as Academy players are concerned that's true. I think they are generated before the day actually starts so perhaps they age almost immediately on Day 1 - mail came 1 min before the day started telling me I had 2 players.

Maybe the same for NordGens?
