Won matches but not getting the prize for winning?

Hi guys, I'm still new to the game and I already went throught the wiki but I can't find answer, so I have to ask in here
I won 2 matches on yesterday and today, I only get the prize for participating but not the prize for winning.
Do I only get the winning prize in one lum sum when I got knocked out from the Cup championship?

no hun this is a forum of players if you want to sort it contact nordeus support but they wont do anything start again and invite oyour friend as a referral that will work
