Not much to write about I drew with the 4th place team away 1-1....and sneaked through to the cup final with a 2-1 home win ( 3-2 on agg ).....sitting 3rd playing 5th today who is 5 points behind so if i win today back to the CL next season after i was banned for breaking the wages rule :)

Not much else to say here. We've lost our first league match of the season, and frankly, we didn't do anything to deserve a win. Two down at the interval, we never got going. To make matters worse, Marcus Bentley was red carded on 77 minutes. A third goal right on the final whistle, just rubbed salt into the wounds.

Dear topeleven friends, I want to share with you something unbelievable happening lately to my team. I am at level 24, where I also partecipate to the Champions League (or whatever it is called). After the first half of season I was at 3rd position in the league, dominating my Champions league group (1st position) and everything seemed to go smooth leading to another successfull season... then all in a sudden something changed..I was eliminated from the Champions League after loosing both matches (4-1 and 3-1!!!) and in the League things are going even worse..2 won, 4 draw and 4 loss in the last 10 matches...leading my team to move from 3rd position to 7th position with the serious risk to not be promoted. I never experienced something like that before...my players have full morale and full condition but half of the players exibith a very weark form and they keep on getting 4 and 5...and of course I know all the tricks to improve players form, squad rotation, have them resting and so on...I have tried everything, changing tactic, buying some other players, but nothing. This season is really a nightmare and I still don t understand what happened!
Best to just avoid promotion in this situation I would say, L25 is technically the highest Level in the game with anyone L26,L27,L28 etc and so on, still playing in L25 leagues, so you missing promotion for once wouldn't be a bad thing plus you get a whole season to train players and save tokens.Quote:

RonnyBonny reverted back to his prefered 4-4-1-1 formation for his last league game and won, but what formation he plays in the second leg is anyones guess and he will possibly alter things during the game.
Prediction: July Fourth to win 2-1.

We then took off L.McNamara and Novotny off the field of play to protect them from getting any yellow card. Zidane and Mensah continued to lead the attack for July Fourth but nothing came of it and Mensah was booked for a silly challenge but he is not on a yellow so he will play the final.
I would like to congratulate the RonnyBonny manager for turning up for both legs of the Semi-Final and attempting to fight against our strength and try and turnover our strong team, It was a pleasure to play against an active manager for once over 2 legs in the CL and not someone that looks at my team and waves the white flag before the games.

I had today the second leg of CL Semi-Finals. I won the first match at home with 2-1. The opponent was a bit better of quality so I started a bit defensive (5-3N-2). This went all good till minute 60. He scored 1-0, while we had about the same amount of chances. I changed to a more attacking formation (first 4-1-3N-2, later 4-3N-3). Finally in minute 90 (!!) I scored 1-1 from a corner. Lucky me :P
Let's go to the final, although it will be tough.

'Thai Team' 0-2 July Fourth League Round 23
Thai Team 84.2 4-3N-3 - July Fourth 100.0 4-4-2 Classic.
We decided to switch the team around to preserve some condition of our key players in preparation for tomorrow mornings cup final against L17 erster FC Puma, played with Killerich, Ramirez, Rocastle, Essadri in goal and subbed off some of our important players midway through the second half once we had a good lead and looked comfortable, Thai Team played with an attacking 4-3N-3 formation and more chances than us to score during the game, but lets face it our strong defence was able to cut out any attacks they tried and cleared and blocked everything and they never looked like scoring, We gave an average performance which was good enough to win this game, Our first goal came just before half-time when Crawford scored his first for the club in a while after going 1v1 against the keeper and blasting it round him, Our second goal came just after half-time through a Mensah cross for Papaleo to dive in with the header to make it 2-0. Killerich had an excellent game creating attacks from the back and making some interceptions and tackles and got MOTM.

Tomorrow we play the 'Other Thai Team' in my league. (Team names are written in Thai text.)
Since FENIXJAS lost today, we now are 26 points clear, further ahead than what we finished on last season between 1st and 2nd in the league.
my first draw in the league. that was a bull**** game engine game. 2-2 against 10 QL lower team LOL both of his goals were scored within 3 mins with the same action/writing. Like the retarded game engine had a lag spike and did a replay

Through to the final of the champions league this season, after a 3-3 aggregate draw I went through on away goals. The first leg at home finished 1-1 ..my team then scored a dramatic late equaliser on the night of the second leg to draw 2-2 on the night and go through to the final for the second season in a row!
Well.... who knows what the rest of today will bring.... not sure I even care anymore.....
The last 2 days of RL have been utter nightmares dealing with giant corporations and their evil minions....
