Another Chano Petersen? Not sure if names are repeated, I think they just combine random surnames with forenames.

I guess it could but Chano Petersen is an AMC/AMR and the next universal player is going to be an MC, unless you want to switch

Yes I think its just random, with names generated from surnames and first names, however it wouldn't generate a player named 'Stacey Papaleo' for sure...
