I asked them if counter formations matter or if the game engine is random... No answer. In fact, I've sent them 5 questions and not 1 has been answered lol..

Absolutely clueless aren't they, they make a game but it seems like they don't want to make any improvements.

Seriously, the questions that are being asked, we can answer. "can't view friends matches...", "why so many injuries...", "why everything cost tokens"...plus loads of suggestions (which is what the forum is for).
