First one is an in-game friend, that's why you can unfriend them. The bottom one is a facebook friend so as was said by the other reply, to unfriend them from the game, you have to unfriend them on fb.

I know this is a FB game but shame that you still cannot friend someone without a Facebook account for instance lots of kids play this game 12 yr olds etc who cannot have FB accounts but would still like to have friends on the game.
