Private offer refused but player sold to bot robot

i have refused a private offer but this is the result in my display



i dont want sell my best player. i hope this is a system error.
im sure that i did everything well so... plz fix it!!!

When an offer is rejected by the manager or no response is heard from the manager, it will display that a bot has bought the player. I can only assume it is some programming code. The player stays with his original team
