Fast trainers in L4 and higher

Are there any fast trainers in L4 and higher? Seems like since I have jumped to this new level, even in the negotiations tab, there are no fast trainers. The highest value to wage ratio I've seen is about 28. I have one guy (an exception) who is currently at 912 ratio. He earns about 3-4 times as much as the others per training.

But I've heard that above 30 they are considered a fast trainer, and I have yet to see that when scoping for new players.

That is not a definite way to determine a fast trainer, but it is usually a good indicator. And yes there are players who are fast trainers at all levels, just be patient
