Where are my youth players ??

I thought that i will have 2 young players from my academy.
Nothing came..any explanation ?
I have completeded all the possible upgrades except the lights..

go onto stadium and click onto youth it will tell you when youth players will go into squad mine is top grade 12 days before i get them but each level is different
